Well-run place, we felt safe!
got a nice size and newly remodelled room with a huge bathroom as expected, loved it. the staff were brilliantly helpful, the location was exceptionally nice. you could walk to a shopping centre and a market.

The room was newly renovated for continental breakfast for the kids, had really really nice experience. Included central heating, a personal safe and pay TV. The location of the hotel was stunning and easy - not too far from Newport Bay. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Great location, but so loud!
We stayed for 2 nights in a family room. Gotta say, the spot is super close to Balboa Island, awesome! But man, the noise from the room above us was ridiculous. Was like I was in a banging contest! Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was pretty basic. Valet staff were nice tho!
